| Malcolm joined the Practice in 1988 and has worked in the City market since 1980. He is head of acquisition and disposal agency and is currently working amongst others with LIFFE, Ernst & Young, Credit Lyonnais, Greycoat Estates Limited, Cravath Swaine & Moore, Continental Insurance and Hermes. He is responsible for overseeing our long running monthly City Floorspace Survey which provides major property players with key information on take up and demand. | ||||

| Throughout his 25 year career, Mark has focused on asset management and investment work, with a particular emphasis on the City, Central London and overseas clients. He has advised many leading UK and International investors providing them with detailed strategic investment sales, purchase and funding advice. He has represented clients such as American International Group, British Land Plc, Coal Pension Properties, Greycoat Estates Ltd, Hammerson Plc, Benchmark Group Plc, Railtrack Plc, Royal London Asset Management, Grosvenor and Tishman Speyer Properties. | ||||

| Ian commenced in private practice as Ian Kennard & Co. in 1978 and became partner in the amalgamated practice, Ingleby Trice Kennard, in February 1998. He had previously been a development surveyor with both Hammerson and Land Securities. His extensive experience includes acting for Livery Companies and Charities including appointments as consultant to The Mercers' Company, The Cooks' Company and Morden College. | ||||
